Art was well known as a hunter and fisherman, also an active Kilbourn Volunteer Fire Department member 43 years.  A charter member of the Legion Post 187.  Finance Officer while  the current building was constructed.

Art and Vivian had two daughers, Vivian and youngest, Barbara, reside at 714 Cedar and Shirley married Dusell and lives at 1004 Plum Street, Wisconsin Dells.  Submitted by Barbara Ann Koberstein.  (For further refernce see Andrew Jackson Magoon family history).

Theresa MINCK Zeitz

The last name of Zeitz is mentioned in the marriage registration at Columbia WI county court house and in the e-mail from Mariel Koberstein, thus confirming each other. However in the death records of John A. (Sauk county courthouse) the name is given as Theresa Minch.

The 1900 Census give the birth place in Germany, however both the 1910, and 1920 give the birthplace as Maryland.

30. Minnie KOBERSTEIN

The Dunn County News, Thursday July 1, 1909 page 7 from front:
"...  Minnie and Beth Koberstein of Glenwood were the guests of Miss Pearl Blood, Friday. ..."

As a theory it is possible Beth is Anne Elizabeth (aka Beth) Koberstein daughter of Kasper Koberstein, thus Minnie the sister in law to Pearl Blood and her cousin Anne Elizabeth just visited just 2 days after she married her Minnie's brother George Rudolph on 30 June, 1909.  Why the newspaper article refered to "Miss Pearl Blood", inferring that she was not married is unknown.
