On January 25th, 1998 I was beaten and strangled to death by my husband, Jeffrey Murray in Toledo, Ohio. Jeffrey had beaten and tied up my 11 year old daughter with duct tape in the basement of our home. He then attempted to have sex with me before he killed me. My daughter eventually was able to escape. Jeffrey Murray was convicted of murder and kidnapping and sentenced to 15 years to life in prison.
