And here is a large map of the Catholic churches in the area (web site).  It is of interest that Ferdinand Koberstein was buried in the Most Holy Trinity Cemetery which is adjacent to the Evergreens Cemetery in the map above.  This seems to show a relationship between the Henry and the Casper databases of Koberstein's in New York.
