| University of Manitoba Faculty of Dentistry:
The Faculty of Dentistry launched the Partners in Excellence program at the MDA Alumni Luncheon in January 2005. Proceeds from the Program will be directed to the Partners in Excellence Fund, which will reward students in pursuit of excellence. Students will be awarded bursaries and scholarships to attend Dental Association conferences and educational programs that would otherwise be out-of-reach for them financially. Funds may also be used to purchase books, audiovisual equipment and supplies for use by our students and faculty.
