Text: On 10-31-06 at 1054 hours Soldotna AST arrested Darrell Rush, age 38

of Kasilof, on multiple outstanding arrest warrants for failure to appear in

court on driving without a license. Subsequent investigation resulted in

Darrell Rush being charged with burglary and theft in connection with the

burglary and theft of multiple items from the Central Emergency Services

Station #6 construction site in Kasilof on 10-10-06. Rush was remanded to

Wildwood Pretrial facility on 5 oustanding arrest warrants for a total of

$2650 and one charge each of Burgalry 2 and Theft 2, Rush was held without

bail pending arraignments. Also during the investigation Stanley

Koberstein, age 48 of Kasilof, was arrested on multiple oustanding warrants

for failure to appear on driving with a suspended license. Koberstein was

remanded to Wildwood Pretrial Facility where he was held in lieu of $400

bail. Kelly Baugh, age 43 of Kasilof, was also arrested and remanded to

Wildwood Pretrial Facility on an oustanding arrest warrant for failure to

appear on a charge of driving without insurance. Baugh was held in lieu of

$150 bail.
