Waikato Golf association JUNIOR GOLF Yet again, Waikato Golf is eternally grateful for the work that Rau Koberstein, our District Junior Convener, does. She continues to run a programme that produces players of quality that move quickly into the top ranks, and all have on and off course skills instilled by Rau, that make them young women to be proud of. Together with Lois Jones who introduces the game at schools, and helps clubs incorporate them into competition, Rau has this year worked in with the Men’s Junior Convener, when it comes to Clinics on such things as nutrition, course management, and the mental aspect of the game.
