“23. Traffic patterns will be monitored on this site by Evanston’s Traffic Engineering Department for the next year. If there are adjustment to be made, it will be discussed with Centrum.

Mary Koberstein, attorney for Centrum Properties, said they would like to donate the property, designated as an easement in Condition #12, to the City as part of their plat of consolidation.

Alderman Feldman seconded the additional conditions.

Alderman Newman, Ms. Koberstein and Alderman Guthrie discussed the use of the drive through window between 10:00 p.m. and midnight, they would bring the request back to the Council.”
