SPECIALTIES

Processes of Manufacture of Silicon Devices Microcristalino, Policristalino and Amorfo; Development of Methods of Manufacture of Solar Cells, Transistors of Fine and Sensory Films; Development of Methods of Manufacture of Poliméricos Devices.

Summarized curriculum:

Engineer Electrician in 1981 for the School of Engineering of Are Carlos, USP, Master in Physics Applied in 1985 for the Institute of Physics and Chemistry of Is Carlos and Doutor in 1994, for the Polytechnical School of the USP. It carried through the experimental part of the doutorado one in the Istituto Lamel in Bologna, Italy. Since 1983 it acts in the area of Microelectronics, having developed P&D in processes of manufacture of devices. It participated in 1985 the 1989 of the team that developed and manufactured sensors for artificial satellites of Collection of Data for the INPE, launched in the space in 1992 and 1994. Currently its area of interest is the manufacture of sensors, leds and displays of poliméricos materials. In set with researchers of the EMBRAPA, the first place of the Governing prize of the State earned in 2001 - I invent Brazilian with “Electronic Language”, a sensor of palates more sensible than the language human being and manufactured with poliméricos materials. He is author; national and international co-author of more than 40 articles published in congresses and magazines.
