Neue glutenfreie Produkte bei REAL (DS+Glutano) - Werbung! Hallo ich muss mal was erzählen. folgende email sendete ich vor 5 Tagen an real: ...ich leide an Zöliakie und muss mich glutenfrei ernähren. Wie erfreut war ich, dass real (unser Markt liegt in Teltow) glutenfreie Produkte von DS for you in seinem Programm aufnimmt. Leider hat unser Markt ein sehr schmales Angebot von diesen Produkten. Wieder freute ich mich, als ich vor 1,5 Wochen in der Werbung sah, dass es das glutenfreie Mehl von DS auch geben soll. Ich war krank uns konnte in der aktuellen Woche nicht zu real gehen. Als ich nun gestern dort an der Information nachfragte, wurde mir nur sehr unfreundlich erklärt, man wisse gar nicht was das sein soll und man kann ja nicht das ganze Sortiment auswendig kennen. Sicher nicht, aber eine Angestellte sollte doch wissen, wo sie nachfragen kann. Als ich die Dame darauf hinwies, sprach sie einen Vorgesetzten an, der auch nicht wußte worum es ging. Ich erklärte ihm, dass dies eine Art Diätprodukt sei. Da bekam ich zur Antwort na dann schauen sie doch in der Diätabteilung. Ich wies ihn darau hin, dass dort nichts von DS sei. Dann kann er mir auch nicht helfen. Ich fand in unserem Markt nur in der Tiefkühltruhe Pizza, Toastbrot und Hamburgerbrötchen. Die Firma DS bietet aber doch noch mehr. An dem Mehl und den Keksen war ich sehr interessiert. Leider weiß ich nun nicht, wo ich sie kaufen kann. Vielleicht können Sie mir weiterhelfen. Kundenservice ist ja in Teltow ein Fremdwort...
