Koberstine, a managed-care consultant and one of the Hall Associate team
members that originally developed Customer Focus, said it is the variety
of capabilities that makes this software solution such a successful product.
"It really is a tool for quality improvements," she said. "For instance,
some physician content can be kept confidential. There's also certain
(health-care) requirements now, and this system has the ability to report
them."

There were other priorities in 2003 that kept this from happening but I am happy to say that we are looking forward to publishing quarterly newsletters again in 2004. Donna Koberstine has agreed to coordinate these efforts. We look to the membership to assist in coming up with content and information for the newsletter.
