I have resently had the pleasure of flying with the new Bandit Paramotor and that sounds like exactly what you are after. I feel that you really can't go passed it as it offers just what you have requested a paramotor to have.

As I live in New Zealand, it may be a little hard for you to testfly our ones. But as far as I know there is a dealer in Japan.
