Recently I determined that a C(K)arl Kobersteen (Steen in ancestry.com but stein in this passenger list) came from Wartsmannroth (spelled incorrectly as Wartmanwrsth)

The city hall of Wartmannsroth is central in the local center because of the main street. The building became in the years 1955 - 1957 establishes. It was used in the past years as municipal office, as school and as kindergarten. Besides the refrigerating plant was accommodated and in the attic a youth hall, where also theatre meetings took place. Later the school kitchen in the basement was converted and the Raiffeisen bank drew in there. With the Gebietsrefom in the year 1978 the city hall in Wartmannsroth was determined as administrative seat. Change and modernization work followed around the necessary administration rooms to create. Mit der Gebietsrefom im Jahre 1978 wurde das Rathaus in Wartmannsroth als Verwaltungssitz bestimmt. Es folgten Umbau- und Modernisierungsarbeiten um die erforderlichen Verwaltungsräume zu schaffen. Die letzte Renovierung fand im Jahre 1998 statt um weitere Verwaltungsräume zu schaffen und um die Verwaltungsräume EDV-gerecht ausstatten zu können.)
